What is Kaiten-Zushi..

Kaiten Sushi also called sushi-go-round or Sushi Train(In Australia) is a sushi restaurant where the plates with the sushi are placed on a rotating conveyor belt that rotate around and moves past every table and counter seat. Example Sushi Restaurant with kaiten system are the well known "Sushi King" and "Genki Sushi" which can be found in major city like Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Penang. Have you ever been to any of the restaurant like this???

Basically this is how the Conveyor belt sushi restaurant look alike.

Special Orders for example "Tempura", "Udon", and other desired sushi that customer cannot find it from the conveyor belt can be made through the given menu. Finally the bill is calculated by counting the number and type of plates of the consumed sushi. Plates with different colours, patterns, or shapes have different prices.
